Can Member Care team add OSN to customers from the Support Tool?

No, the Support Tool will not support the feature for the addition of OSN to a customer that requests it. Member care should inform customers to go to the app to activate their OSN promo. However, Support tool will display the OSN package if the customer has availed it.
