The customer is already in one of the eligible plans for OSN+(100, 150, 215), and he already subscribed to Anghami or STARZPLAY Offer, can the customer change to OSN?

The  customer cannot change from Anghami or STARZPLAY to OSN+ if he stay in the same plan. But the customer can have OSN+ if he changes the current plan to another eligible plan. For example if the customer already in VIRGIN 100, with Anghami or STARZPLAY Offer, he can change the plan to 150 or 215 and select OSN to be applied in next renewal.
