How can I cancel my plan with Virgin Mobile?

We hope you don’t leave us. Do contact us so we can help you. Remember, you can pause your plan free of charge. Just click on to ‘the edit plan icon’ in the dashboard and click on ‘Pause Plan’. Your plan will be paused from the date of the next month’s renewal and you can resume again whenever you like. To cancel go to ‘edit plan icon’ in the dashboard and set the values to the new plan you wish or even renew your plan now’. Your plan will be canceled from the date of the next month’s renewal.
