This is determined by the number of SIM’s you have in your name. SIM card regulations and ownership of SIM’s are governed by CITC regulations for Expats and Saudi Nationals.

Can I have the device without being a virgin SIM customer ?
The main account holder must have a Virgin KSA SIM to be able to configure the device on the Virgin Mobile App.
Can I migrate the device under another account ?
For the current moment we can’t migrate the device to another account.
What do I do if I change my mind and want to return the device ?
If the device is activated then we can’t return the device.
Can a user have more than one payment card on his account ?
A user can have only one active payment card under his account. He can change the card on the app if needed.
What is the Warranty for the device ?
Warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Repair and/or replacement of this product is at our discretion. The warranty is only valid if you provide us with an original proof of purchase and a correctly completed warranty card. This warranty is limited of defects in materials and workmanship from the correct use of the product only. The warranty is void if this product has a missing altered or defected model or serial number and/or if the SIM card is removed from the device.
Can I remove the SIM card in the device ?
The SIM card is locked to the device and cannot be used in any other device.
What type of cards a user can have on the app ?
The App supports credit debit Mada and pre-loaded credit cards….
What is the Re-fund policy for the device ?
If the customer opens the seal on the device the device can’t be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.
How do I know the battery status ?
You can see the battery status on the Virgin Mobile App. Click on the side bar and then click on “Locate” from there you check the battery status.
