Can the device call and recieve calls from other operators ?
Yes the device can call and recieve calls from other operators if the numbers are configured on the app.
What do I do if my device does not work ?
Contact member care to try troubleshoot the issue over the phone if you are still facing issues please visit the store from which you purchased the device and a technical check will be made. If the device has been damaged the device is submerged in water we will not be able to replace it. If the device is found to be faulty due to manufacture we can replace it free of charge within one year.
