How do I buy the device ?

For existing customers, just log-in to your account on ‘the Virgin Mobile App, then click on the side bar menu and click on “Add New SIM” then you can start the process, once you have completed your details, a QR code appears that will be presented to the sales champion for activation in the sales locations where the Family Tag is available.
For non Virgin Mobile customers, you will need to become a customer. Once you have done so you can order the device from the app.
