We’re always looking for ways to constantly improve your experience. That’s why we’ve added a new feature to our App that allows you to pause your plan for up to 30 days.

Terms and conditions:
- Feature allows customers to pause there existing plan for a period of 30 days for a charge of 10 SAR
- At the end of the 30 day ‘pause period’ customers can choose to extend it by an additional 30 days for another charge of 10 SAR.
- Once the pause period is over, the plan will resume as normal.
- As an added benefit, STARZPLAY, OSN and Anghami will still be available to customers with these plans even during the pause period.
- This Feature is available for all prepaid and postpaid customer.
- This service can only be used 3 times a year.
