Website,  app and service usage terms and conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement: Acceptable Use of Service Policysounds complicated, but actually means the EITC policy available on the Website that governs Your use of the Service;Service Period means the period from a day of one month to the corresponding day of the next month if such exists, or if not, to the last day of the next month (as from 3 January to 3 February or from 31 January to 28 February); Charges means any charges due under this Agreement; Consumer Code of Practice Terms means the terms available on the Website that govern Your use of the Service; Customer Care means Our customer care telephone and social media service available to You, details of which are on our Website and in the App. We’re here to help, so don’t hesitate to get in touch;Network means the communications network used by Us;Offer means any products, packages, plans, bundles and/or promotions offered by Us to You from time to time (whether permanent, temporary, chargeable or not chargeable), including data, local minutes and/or international minutes. We love offers, so keep Your eyes and ears peeled; Personal Information means any personal data relating to You and includes, but is not limited to, Your name, address, bank account details, ID details (passport or Emirates ID), credit and debit card details, service usage details, call records, message records and any information resulting from Your use of the Services, account status, payment history and credit rating;Privacy Policy means the EITC policy available on the Website that governs Your use of the Service; Service(s)means the telecommunication services provided by Us to You, including all products, Permanent Offers, Offers, value added services, as well as other additional related services;TRA means the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of the United Arab Emirates; Unauthorised Traffic means a flow of calls for any particular Service which We believe is: (i) disproportionate to the flow or volume of calls which We expect from good faith commercial practice and usage of the Network; or (ii) disproportionate to Your previous call profiles (in any given month) with Us; We, Us, or Our means Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC (EITC), its affiliates, subsidiaries or its successors-in-title; Website and App means the website (the “Website”) and the Virgin Mobile mobile application (the “App”), as well as the digital electronic communications service, that We and other third party providers provide to You from time to time and all ancillary services; and You, Yours and/or Yourmeans you, the customer, who applies for access to and receives Our Website, Application and/or Service.

2. Agreement

By accessing, browsing and/or using our www.virginmobile.aewebsite (the “Website”), the Virgin Mobile mobile application (the “App”) and/or the Services You agree to the following terms (the “Terms”). The following policies and terms are also part of the Terms:
• Acceptable Use of Service Policy;
• Consumer Code of Practice Terms; and
• Privacy Policy.

3. Term of  the agreement
This Agreement will start on the day You access, browse or use the Website, the App and/or sign up to the Services (whichever comes first) and will continue unless it’s terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

4. Amendments
We reserve the right to:
• amend, add to and/or update these Terms from time to time. In case of any changes we’ll notify You via a suitable announcement on the Website and/or the App. If You don’t agree with the new Terms You shouldn’t continue to use the Website and/or the App. You can also terminate the Services in accordance with the Terms. If You continue to use the Website, the App and/or the Service after the date the change comes into effect, Your use indicates Your agreement to be bound by the new Terms; and
• modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website and/or the App and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to You and You agree that We won’t be liable to You for any changes to or withdrawal of the Website and/or the App or its contents.

5. Privacy Policy
We’ll collect and use Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Don’t worry, we’ll never spam you.

6. Compliance
You agree not to upload or transmit through the Website, the App and/or the Services:
• any computer viruses or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer; and
• any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene character.
