What is the free trial period for STARZPLAY add-on?
It depends on the package, as the following:
– VIRGIN 100 (3 months trial period)
– VIRGIN 150 (6 months trial period)
– VIRGIN 215 (Free)
Is STARZPLAY add-on available for all packages?
Free trials for STARZPLAY add-on will be available for the three predefined VIRGIN plans on the digital proposition (100, 150, 215). Customers with other packages can still take the STARZPLAY add-on and will pay 40 SAR monthly for STARZPLAY subscription.
How do I activate OSN ?
For new customers:
– Download Virgin Mobile App
– Take one of three VIRGIN (100,150,215) and opt-in for OSN
– Activate your SIM
– Receive an SMS for activating the service, with username and password.
– Download OSN App
– For existing customers with one of the VIRGIN (100,150,215)_plans “customers have to opt-in to take OSN add-on”:
– On the main dashboard, tap on OSN below the Minutes and Data counters
– opt-in for OSN
– Your OSN subscription will start with your next renewal
For existing customers with other plans:
– On the main dashboard, check for “Services”
– Tap on OSN
– You can add OSN service for only 35 SAR deducted from your Virgin Mobile wallet “first 7-days will be free, customers will be charged second month onwards”

STARZPLAY is a subscription video-on-demand service that streams Hollywood movies, series, documentaries, kids’ entertainment and same-time-as-the-US series – plus dedicated Arabic content.
Can Member Care team add Anghami Plus to customers from the Support Tool?
No, the Support Tool will not support the feature for the addition of Anghami to a customer that requests it. Member care should inform customers to go to the app to activate their Anghami Plus promo. However, Support tool will display the Anghami package if the customer has availed it.
I took one of the three Virgin bundles (100,150, 215) and I changed to another bundle (e.g. Virgin 70), do I get the Anghami Plus add-on?
No, customers who change to any other package (e.g. Virgin 70, Superstar 45), will not get Anghami Plus add-on with the plan, alternately they can take Anghami with the buy-through option. If the customer went back to one of the three Virgin predefined packages (100, 150, 215) and still on the validity period, the customer will resume his Anghami Plus add-on until the expiry date.
Is the Anghami offer available for new customers only?
The offer is available for new and existing customers, details as follows:
– New customers: they have to take one of the predefined packages Virgin (100,150, 215) during on-boarding.
– Existing customers: they have to opt-in for Anghami using their account on the Virgin Mobile App. Their Anghami Plus subscription will start with their next renewal date.
I subscribed through traditional channels (USSD, dealer App), do I still get to have Anghami add-on?
No, customers have to download the App to enjoy Anghami add-on.
Can customers take the Anghami Plus in Virgin Mobile website?
