Is the OSN+ offer available for new customers only?
The offer is available for new and existing customers, details as follows:
– New customers: they have to take one of the predefined packages VIRGIN (100,150, 215) during on-boarding.
– Existing customers: they have to opt-in for OSN+ using their account on the Virgin Mobile App. Their OSN+ subscription will start with their next renewal date.
I took one of the three VIRGIN bundles (100,150, 215) and I changed to another bundle (e.g. VIRGIN 70), do I get the OSN+ add-on?
No, customers who change to any other package (e.g. VIRGIN 70, Virgin 45), will not get OSN+ add-on. If the customers went back to one of the three VIRGIN predefined packages (100, 150, 215) and still on the validity period, the customer will resume his OSN+ add-on until the expiry date.

The customer cannot change from Anghami or STARZPLAY to OSN+ if he stay in the same plan. But the customer can have OSN+ if he changes the current plan to another eligible plan. For example if the customer already in VIRGIN 100, with Anghami or STARZPLAY Offer, he can change the plan to 150 or 215 and select OSN to be applied in next renewal.
The customer already has a OSN account, will he receives a SMS with a new username and password?
No, the customer who subscribed to OSN using his Mobile number will be still able to access to his existing account.

There is both a free and chargeable service. The free service allows customers to bar all international calls. The chargeable service allows the customer to personalize and customize the countries and numbers (either local or international) to bar.
