How do I buy the device ?

For existing customers just log-in to your account on ‘the Virgin Mobile App then click on the side bar menu and click on “Add New SIM” then you can start the process once you have completed your details a QR code appears that will be presented to the sales champion for activation in the sales locations where the Family Tag is available.For non Virgin Mobile customers you will need to become a customer. Once you have done so you can order the device from the app.

How do I get the Device ?

After receiving the QR code you can pick up the Family Tag device from any of the 9 Virgin Megastores in (Riyadh Jeddah and Dharan)

What is One Touch Call (SOS) Feature ?

One touch call is used for emergencies once the button is pressed it will call the first configured number on the app if there is no response it will direct the call to the second number and then the third.

What is a Whitelist ?

It’s a set of 15 numbers that is configured on the app. These numbers can call the device directly.
