An eSIM is a digital SIM embedded inside your device. It replaces the traditional plastic SIM card and allows you to activate your mobile service directly without needing a physical SIM.
❓ How can I get a new eSIM?
You can get a free eSIM through:
At one of our company branches: Request it directly from the employee while submitting your request.
- Through the Virgin Mobile app:
- If you are requesting number portability from another service provider, you can select the eSIM option while submitting your request.
- If you are an existing customer with a physical SIM and would like to switch to an eSIM:
- Log in to your account on the Virgin Mobile app.
- Tap “Mobile” at the top of the app.
- Select the number you want to switch.
- Choose “Switch to eSIM”.
- Fill in the required details and complete the remaining steps.
❓ How can I get an eSIM when transferring my number from another service provider?
You can select a free eSIM option when submitting your number transfer request through:
- At one of our company branches: Request an eSIM directly from the employee while submitting your request.
- Through the Virgin Mobile app: Select the eSIM option when submitting your number transfer request.
❓ How can I get a replacement eSIM?
You can issue a free replacement eSIM through:
- At one of our company branches: Request it directly from the employee.
- Through the Virgin Mobile app:
- Log in to your account on the Virgin Mobile app.
- Tap “Mobile” at the top of the app.
- Select the number you want.
- Choose “Replace eSIM”.
- Complete the required steps.
Identity verification is required before activation, either through fingerprint or via the “Nafath” platform.
