SO WHAT IS 5G?

5G (or fifth generation) is more than just a little faster than 4G. It uses an all-new approach to mobile networking that’s so amazing its almost Sci-Fi. It means speed is up to 20 TIMES FASTER than 4G!

Its fast, really fast! Not only could you download a full HD video in seconds, but imagine what that speed could do for the way we live our lives. 4G has already given us things like Google Maps, food delivery, ridesharing, video calling, and streaming to your phone. We can’t wait to find out what’s next.

WHERE CAN I USE 5G?

Once you have a 5G-enabled mobile device, you’ll be able to use 5G everywhere there is a network tower installed to support it throughout the kingdom.

HOW DO I GET 5G?

To use 5G, first, grab a 5G-ready phone. Then as soon as you’re in a 5G covered area, you’ll experience the awesome speed of 5G.

STILL, I DON’T HAVE A 5G NETWORK ON MY PHONE, HOW CAN I SOLVE IT?

1. Make sure you have a mobile device that supports a 5G network.
2. Install the latest software on your mobile software.
   • For iPhone or iPad:
     • iOS 16.4 or later by heading to Settings -> General -> Software Update.
     • Once done, open the Settings app and head to the Cellular menu, which is towards the top just under the Bluetooth option.
     • select Cellular Data Options, then choose either Voice & Data or Cellular
     • Finally, tap your phone number, then choose Voice & Data and select 5G Auto from the list
