Can I transfer my Vnet 5G Unlimited Internet subscription when I move to a new home?

When will the device be delivered?

  • Delivery takes up to 2 working days in main cities.
  • Deliveries to locations outside major cities may take longer, depending on courier coverage.
  • While you wait, you can use your activated Vnet SIM in any phone or tablet to enjoy the service.
  • Our delivery partner will contact you soon to confirm your address and schedule a convenient delivery time.
  • You’ll also receive an SMS, WhatsApp message, or call once your device is out for delivery.
What is my commitment period?

  • Your service commitment period is 18 billing cycles.
  • If you choose to terminate or disconnect your service before completing the commitment, you will need to pay the remaining device cost, calculated as:
    Device Price (VAT included) ÷ total billing cycles × remaining unbilled cycles.
  • This commitment is secured by a promissory note signed via the official government platform, “Nafith.”
  • The promissory note will be automatically canceled once you complete the commitment period or pay any early termination fees.
What is the required deposit?

  • A refundable deposit equal to one monthly fee (VAT excluded) is charged when your service is activated.
  • For active accounts, the deposit will be refunded before your third bill is issued.
  • If your account is disconnected, the deposit will be used to settle any remaining balance on your final bill.
When is my invoice generated and what is the payment schedule?

  • Invoice generation: 1st of each month
  • Payment due date: 25th of each month
  • If payment is not received by the 25th , your account will be Soft Disconnected (SD) on the 26th .
  • If the payment remains unpaid by the end of the following month, your account will be Hard Disconnected (HD).
  • To reactivate your service after disconnection, you must clear the outstanding invoice as well as the next month’s bill.
Can I cancel my order or activated subscription?

  • Once your Vnet subscription is activated and your order has been handed over to the delivery company, refunds cannot be requested.
  • If you receive a damaged device, please visit one of our premium partner locations at Najd Telecom for assistance.
