When can I buy the roaming plan?
Roaming plans can be bought up to 30 days before you travel. Don’t worry the plan is only activating when you start consuming by making a call or start using your data. Roaming plans are available through the app or by dialing *120#
Can I manually select my operator when I roam?
We suggest that you only maintain the automatically select the roaming. In some countries we disable other operators to make sure that you are given the best roaming experience

What are the digital channels for Home Delivery?
You can order your SIM using Virgin Mobile App or Website to order your SIM.
How do I take a roaming pack?
Roaming packs are available through our mobile app or you can take one by dialing *120# and seeing if there are any applicable roaming plans suitable for the country you are going to
What is the working hours for home delivery?
You can order your SIM from 10 AM-10 PM any day. Times might vary in national holydies and Eids.
I ordered my SIM after working hours, why I didn’t get my SIM next day?
Once you are ready to receive your SIM again, you can complete the steps for the home delivery to receive your SIM using Virgin Mobile App or the website.
Will the SIM card be activated when I receive it (Home delivery)?
You will be activating the SIM card using the Virgin Mobile App. Follow the onboarding steps and at the end you will see an option to scan the SIM. Once the SIM is scanned, click on “ACTIVATE” and your number will be active.
What are the cities covered for home delivery?
At the moment, we cover Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Dammam, Al-Khobar, and Dhahran. New cities will be added soon to the home delivery.
