How many numbers can I add to the whitelist ?
The Main account holder can whitelist up to 15 numbers from the Virgin Mobile app.
What is the Time Interval Mode ?
When time interval mode is set device will report its location on fixed time interval. When in time interval mode please note that vibration sensor in this mode is disabled and drop alarm will not work.
What is a geo fence ?
The geo fence allows you to create an area from which when the user leaves or enters that area an alert is created.
What will happen if I change the device name ?
The device name and the alerts associated with the device will change to the new name.
What is the Vibration Mode ?
When this mode is activated device will report its location only when movement is sensed on 30 seconds time interval while in movement. Once the device is static it will go to sleep. This mode is recommended and is battery efficient.
What is included in the Family Tag package ?
The service comes with 25 National minutes and the tracking features.
How much for the device ?
The device is for 160 SAR and comes with a free first month of the service. The service includes the tracking facility as well as 25 mins of talk time. After the free month the service will cost 30 SAR per month.
If I exauhest the minutes, can I recieve calls on the device ?
Yes the device can recieve calls even if the customer exhausted the minutes on his plan.
What can I do if I consumed all the minutes in my package ?
You can always add minutes booster on the Virgin Mobile app that will expire at the end of your monthly renewal.
