What is local credit transfer?

You can use local credit transfer to transfer credit from your Virgin Mobile Wallet to the Wallet of another Virgin Mobile customer. From the dashboard click on other services click on local credit transfer and just follow the instructions to transfer some of your credit

We want to make sure you have just enough data and minutes for your needs. This feature lets us see if you are under-utilising or over-utilising your current plan. Based on this we can recommend plan changes to better suit your actual usage. Pretty cool!

When will my booster expire?

Your Booster will expire on the monthly plan renewal date or when you’ve consumed all your Booster allowance – whichever comes first.

What is a “Booster” and how does it work?

Our ‘Booster’ options make sure you never run out of data or local minutes. For example if it looks like you might run out of your monthly plan allowances ahead of renewal you can grab a ‘Booster’. Go to your dashboard in the plan section there are several types of Boosters to choose from – enjoy a Voice Boost or a Data Boost. Once selected you will be charged and the booster will be activated immediately and added to your remaining allowance. Remaining allowance + Booster allowance = Your new allowance.Your booster expires when your plan expires

How can I buy a booster?

Boosters are exclusively available on the app. Click on ‘Buy Booster’ from the dashboard. Here you’ll see the different types of boosters available. Make sure you have credit on your Wallet and then follow the instructions to purchase your preferred booster. If you don’t have enough credit you can Top up your wallet there and then and so continue to purchase a booster.

How much does a booster cost?

You can find our latest Booster pricing by going to the app and selecting Get a Booster from the home screen in the plan section. When you select the booster you like you will see the pricing
