What are the documents needed for pick up from the store in order to activate my SIM card?
You just need the QR code from the App and your ID that you used at the time of sign up
How can I pay ?
For home delivery you can pay online with a payment card (credit debit or mada) through the app or elect to pay on delivery as of August 2020. If you pick up the SIM in a store you can also pay for it online or pay with cash as well as with a payment card
How will your driver know that it’s really me who requested/paid for the SIM and not to deliver it to someone else?
When the driver arrives you will be asked for the QR code your email address and ID for verification purposes.
Will the SIM card be activated when I receive it (Home delivery)?
Once payment is confirmed and a quick fingerprint verification your SIM will be activated. It takes just a few seconds and then you are ready to use the Virgin Mobile service
How can I track my SIM while I’m waiting for it to be delivered?
You can track your SIM delivery via the App/Web. We’ll give you an estimated time of delivery and driver details
How long will it take to deliver my SIM?
Your SIM will be delivered within as soon as possible. Just have the QR code and ID to hand
What if I don’t want to be on a plan?
You can pay for a SIM only in any of our retail outlets. You can top up and then just use the Pay As You Go rates. You don’t need to feel restricted to a plan. If you change your mind you can opt for a plan at any time.
