Why do I need Family Plan?
Family plan is a way to control all the family SIMs under one account.
How many numbers I can add under my account as family SIMs?
The main account holder can have up to four SIMs.
Can I change my number?
No at this moment you cannot change your number
I lost my SIM card what should I do?
You can deactivate that SIM and request / activate a new SIM from the App. Go to ‘Account settings’ select ‘My number’ tap ‘I lost my SIM’ and follow the instructions.
Where do I find your stores to pick up my SIM
To find the closest store to your current location just: 1. Select ‘view nearby stores’ in the pay in store screen and search for store details in the app or visit https://virginmobile.sa/en/help-support/our-stores/ to see where the nearest location to you is where you can pick one up
How does home delivery work?
Just select your ‘home’ location from the map and add your location description and a contact number. A driver will be assigned with an estimated time of delivery. You can track your SIM delivery via the App/Web
What do you mean by “getting extras” and what are they?
Extras are some of our exciting offers available to you. You can have a look and select whilst you are waiting for your SIM. You can also top up from here too. Just slide open the ‘extras’ screen.
Now how am i going to get my SIM card?
We can deliver your SIM straight to your doorstep, you can grab an e-SIM for selected devices or Alternatively you can pick up your SIM from one of our stores or kiosks
How can I set up my Virgin Mobile account?
For existing customers who have never used or downloaded the app, when you receive you download the app you would choose log in / existing customer and enter your phone number and then you will be asked to create a user name and password using your email. If you are new customer who is signing up for the first time you would choose pick up SIM in store or get esim or sim, you can set up a Virgin Mobile account using one of your social media accounts Google Facebook or Twitter or by using your email and enter a password
