Can I select my number?

You can select a number during the on-boarding process. Once you’ve activated your SIM you cannot change the number assigned to you.

For how long will you keep the number i’ve chosen before i lose it?

We’ll keep the number for four hours initially. If you have an account with us we will hold your number just for you for seven days. In case you paid but didn’t complete our on-boarding process (ie: activated your SIM), you lose the number and the amount paid is non-refundable.

How do I know my payment card is secure?

Your payment cards are stored securely with Virgin Mobile. Moreover we do a 3D secure payment with your first payment and for any non scheduled subsequent payments. 3D secure payments are executed and controlled by your issuing bank either by OTP or providing a password.

How do I pay for my plan?

You can pay using credit from your Virgin Mobile Wallet. You can add credit using a payment card or top up using a recharge card. You can even auto recharge (not available on Mada) your balance when you fall below a threshold to recharge at selected denominations each time.
