• Terms and conditions:

1. New and current lines can enjoy the service exclusively through the Virgin Mobile App.
2. Only customers with an eligible Active Plan can enjoy the service, if the customer doesn’t renew their Plan or or their mobile service is disconnected, OSN will be suspended until the customer renews the Plan.
3. Once the customer renews on an eligible plan, they customer can continue enjoy OSN service.
4. When your free service period is finished, your OSN service will automatically stop, but you can choose to renew through the Virgin Mobile App for a monthly fee of 35SAR (VAT exclusive).
